This patient was missing two front teeth and wore a denture to fill the gaps. He wanted something 'fixed in place' so Tom provided him with a bridge to restore the gap and leave him with a nice smile.

This patient was unhappy with the appearance of his upper front teeth. He had traumatised them some years previously and had a bridge to replace a missing upper front tooth.
